SLOT MESINIAGA LAGI

I refer to your email dated 17th September 2010. Firstly, thank you for taking the time to highlight your experience as a candidate coming for an interview. We are always seeking to identify such weaknesses in our process so that we can further improve from thereon.

Secondly, on behalf of the HR Department I apologise for the inconvenience caused. At times, we do have a backlog of candidates we need to meet in a given day. When the manager is also preocupied with meetings and other deadlines, time management can be difficult and sometimes, candidates would excuse themselves or ask for an alternative date.

Regarding the application form, I believe your idea in providing the softcopy in an email prior to the candidate's appointment is worth considering. It will definitely reduce the waiting time and speed up our filtering process as well. I will take the relevant steps to implement your suggestion.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't get to meet the hiring manager when you came to our office on the 8th September. Apparently, he had a scheduling conflict and an urgent matter cropped up during that afternoon causing him to miss your slot altogether. However, if you would like to still be considered for the position, I can ask the manager for his availability to reschedule your interview with him. Do let me know how you decide from hereon.

n3 yg d highlight kan tu actually da berkepuk. mesti korng nk muntah darah bila baca n3 yg sama berulang kali. Don't worry even tajuknya hampir serupa tp isinya tetap berbeza.

The last n3 pasal feedback dari Customer Service Improvement but this n3 from their HR bukan dari Penang branch tp dari HQ. at least I'll release on that because they take seriously regarding this matter. x kisah la ko offer aku untuk interview kali ke-2 skali pun aku mmg da x galat nk pegi. Meaning that the Chinese guy had been issues from HQ about this aite? that's y la dorng terus report to HR! Ok I'm satisfied!

Guys jangan pandang enteng dengan perkara sebegini. kita ada hak okeyh. what goes around comes around. See.... :)


No more n3 about Mesiniaga. Full stop!
